Lightsaber Escape is a second screen Google Chrome experience created for the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Using your smartphone as a lightsaber you progress a multi-level world with the Force, with the ultimate goal of defeating Stormtroopers in a Star Destroyer.
I lead the research and development on this project, including auto-scaling back end infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, custom WebSocket server, motion algorithms to interpret the phone's movements, overall game architecture, implementation, and enemy AI.
